Seedlings Founder and Literary Editor

Will J. Wood is an emerging writer, printer and filmmaker. A graduate of Cambridge University (where he studied poetry with Bhanu Kapil) and the well-respected London Centre for Book Arts, Will's work explores the world around him and his queerness through the deep traditions of letterpress printing and filmmaking. His poems and short stories have been published in numerous magazines, his poetic short films have won awards at London International Film Fest and Norwich Queer International Festival of Film and his work has been exhibited at festivals around the world, including New York, Milan, Stockholm and Bristol.

In 2023 he founded Seedlings Magazine, a hand-bound letterpress publication that has featured Robert Macfarlane, Olivia Laing, Johnny Flynn as well as hundreds of upcoming writers and artists whose work explores the natural world, while raising money for humanitarian and natural campaigns.
